  Awful Service. I have personally worked face food and waitressed and been in customer service for years. I know how being short staffed is but there is no excuse for the employees at this specific location being overwhelmed everytime I eat there. Just a few minutes ago when I went my experience was the worst yet. I was 3rd in line in the drive thru the girl taking my order kept telling me to hold on then would tell me to hold and kept doing it and 20 minutes later she still did not have my order and forgot about me while 10 other cars got ahead of me and did not once apologize when I said "I guess I will just come inside since we aren't getting anywhere." I go inside wait minutes before re- ordering then asked for my cup to get Sweet Tea while I wait and then did NOT even have any tea and barely had any ice and also was out of lids! I asked the girl up front to please fill my tea and what do you know she took my cup and made my tea but forgot about me and after waiting 10 minutes I had to get her attention and ask for another Sweet Tea. Not one employee seemed apologetic nor did the manager seem to care at all. All though they had a staff of 4 total and were extremely busy my complaint is to the upper hand of management either this company is not worth a damn to work for or someone does not know how to level out labor when it is needed. If it is corporate or franchise I especially know the money is there for more help on shifts if the employees are not there then someone needs to re evaluate how they treat their employees. I am really not one to complain believe it or not but enough is enough.

  Very filthy floors, playspace and bathrooms. Observed employee mopping the toilet seats with floor mop. Inside of playspace was very dirty. Food was standard.
